Shipping Policy (US Only)
- Free shipping on the subtotals of orders over $49 & less than 10 pounds.
- Free shipping with discount Code is only available with Standard/Ground Shipping.
- Gordon's Online Shop offers Standard(Free Shipping), Ground, Express, and Overnight shipping methods.
- Depends on the economic situation, we will choose between U.S.P.S., UPS, and FedEx for shipping.
- Online orders will take 1-2 business day for handling(1 business day for Overnight Shipping).
- Online orders purchased before 9 AM (EST) between Monday to Friday will ship out the same day.
- Online orders will not ship out on U.S. Holidays. The order/shipping information will update the very next business day.
- If you have any questions about your order and shipping, please contact us through Email/phone. We will help and respond you within 1-2 business days via Email.
- Please contact us for the quote of shipping internationally.
- Gordon’s Golf and Ski, Inc. reserves the right to limit shipping methods.
- Customers must have an account to create an exchange/return shipment.
- If they place orders as guests, they will have to register with the same e-mail address to convert their guest account into a customer account.
- How to do a return
- Exchanges/returns have to be within 45 days of purchase.
- The original receipts and tags are required for exchanges/returns.
- Items must be new and unused, in the original packaging and contain all original parts, tags (attached and not removed) and accessories.
- No exchanges/returns on any sale/discounted items.
- Golf equipment must have no damage, scratches or wear to face or head of golf clubs.
- Ski and Snowboard equipment must have no damage and scratches.
- Exchanges/returns are for the original payment method or store credits only.
- Gift Card/Certificate is not returnable and refundable.
- If the order purchased by gift card or combine payment with the gift card, it will be refunded on the gift card.
- Store Credits only if exchanges/returns to Gordon’s Retail Store.
- Free ONE Return/exchange label on package less than 1 pound for one order. Please contact us for your return/exchange label. We will email you the shipping label within 1-2 business days.
- Each exchange/return shipping label from Gordon's will be charged a $12.99 flat rate shipping cost if the return package over 1 pound.
- You welcome to use your own shipping label to exchange/return. If so, please provide your shipping tracking number to us. We will refund you the amount of your purchase after we received your packages after confirming the exchange/return items are in the new/resale-able condition.
- Once you start an exchange/return case, please shipping your packages back to us in 5 days. We might deny your exchange/return if we did not receive your packages within 14 business days after you started the exchange/return case.
- If the return order exceeds $500, we will refund you store credits or store gift certificate.
- Please allow 7-30 business days (depends on Bank policies) for a refunding process.
- Socks, bras, and underwear are not returnable or exchangeable.
- International orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Special offers or promotions from vendors are not returnable or exchangeable.
- A signature may be required at delivery when the subtotal of an order over $1200.
- Gordon’s Golf and Ski, Inc. reserves the right to limit returns, exchanges, and refunds.
