Shipping Exchange & Returns policy (eCom)

Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping on orders over $50 and less than 5 pounds.
  • Free Shipping with Discount Code is only available with Standard/Ground Shipping.
  • Gordon's Online Shop offers Standard(Free Shipping), Ground, Express, and Overnight shipping methods.
  • Depends on the economical situation, we will choose between U.S.P.S., UPS, and FedEx for shipping.
  • All online orders will take 1-3 business day for handling(1 business day for Overnight Shipping).
  • If you have any questions about your order and shipping, contact us through Email and phone.
  • We will help and respond you in 1-2 business days via Email.
  • Gordon’s Golf and Ski reserves the right to limit shipping methods.

Exchange/return policy

  • Exchange/return has to be within 45 days of purchase.
  • The original receipts and tags are required for exchange/return.
  • Items must be new and unused, in the original packaging and contain all original parts, tags (attached and not removed) and accessories.
  • No exchange/return on any final sale items.
  • Golf equipment must have no damage, scratches or wear to face or head of golf clubs.
  • Ski and Snowboard equipment must have no damage and scratches.
  • Exchange/return are for the original payment method or store credits only.
  • Gift Card/Certificate is not returnable.
  • If the order purchased by gift card or combine payment with the gift card, it will be refunded on the gift card. Otherwise, it will be refunded by the original payment method on Gordon’s eCom site.
  • Customers may use their shipping labels as their wishes. And will not charge for restocking fees.
  • Store Credit only if exchange/return to Gordon’s Retail Store.
  • Free Return on packages less than 2 pounds.
  • Each exchange/return shipping label from Gordon's will be charged a $7.99 flat rate shipping cost if the return package over 2 pounds.
  • Gordon’s Golf and Ski reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.

Notice

  • Customers must have an account to create a return shipment.
  • If they place orders as guests, they will have to register with the same e-mail address to convert their guest account into a customer account.
