Exchanges/returns have to be within 45 days of purchase.
Exchanges/returns must be authorized by Gordon's first to ship the purchased items back. Otherwise, we may not accept the return packages.
The original receipts, tags, and parts are required for exchanges/returns.
Items must be new and unused, in the original packaging and contain all original parts, tags (attached and not removed) and accessories.
If you are returning SHOES, you must use a different shipping box, not the shoebox itself, to ship your return. If we receive the shoe box taped up as the shipping package, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
No exchanges/returns on any sale/discounted items.
Orders purchased with 10% Off Discount Code will be able to exchanges/returns. However, we may charge 10% restock fee when the original total of an order exceeds $150.
To exchange/return golf equipment must have no damage, scratches or wear to face or head of golf clubs.
To exchange/return ski and snowboard equipment must have no damage and scratches.
Electronics are not able to exchange and return.
The colors of the back side of Skis/Snowboards may various. It can not be a reason for exchanges/returns.
Refunds are for the original payment method or store credits.
Gift Cards are not returnable and refundable.
If the order purchased by gift card or combine payment with the gift card, it will be refunded on a gift card.
Refund to store credits only if exchanges/returns to Gordon’s Retail Store.
Free ONE return/exchange label on package less than 16 OZ for each order (Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US territory islands, and dependent area are not available to free return/exchange).
Shipping is not refundable.
After you summited your exchange/return request, we will either approve or disapprove your request. Once we approve your request, we will email you the shipping label within 1-2 business days.
Each exchange/return shipping label from Gordon's will be charged a $12.99 flat rate shipping cost if the return package over 15.99 OZ (package weight on return label).
You may use your own shipping label to exchange/return. If so, please provide your return tracking number to us before you ship the package back. We may deny the return package without authorizing the tracking number.
Once you received your return shipping label, please shipping your packages back to us in 5 days. We might deny your exchange/return if we did not receive your packages within 14 business days after you received your return shipping label.
If for any reason the shipping/returning packages are damaged or missing, we will not be responsible for replacing or covering any costs.
If the return order exceeds $500, we may refund you store credits or gift card.
Please allow up to 30 business days (depends on PayPal and Banks policy) for a refunding process.
We may deny a return/refund if the customer continuously makes returns.
International orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
Orders purchased with special offers or promotions from vendors are not returnable or exchangeable.
Any eyewear will not be able to exchange/return. If you have any warranty issue with your eyewear, please contact with the brand or manufactories. We will be happy to provide you with their contact information.
Gordon’s Golf and Ski, Inc. reserves the right to limit returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Gordon's follows the warranty policies and guidelines for each individual manufacturer. The manufacturer will be responsible for all warranty decisions. We are happy to help set up the warranty, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
