Exchanges/returns have to be within 45 days of purchase.
The original receipts, tags, and parts are required for exchanges/returns.
Items must be new and unused, in the original packaging and contain all original parts, tags (attached and not removed) and accessories.
No exchanges/returns on any sale/discounted items.
Golf equipment must have no damage, scratches or wear to face or head of golf clubs.
Ski and Snowboard equipment must have no damage and scratches.
The colors of the back side of Skis/Snowboards may various. It can not be a reason for exchanges/returns.
Exchanges/returns are for the original payment method or store credits.
Gift Card/Certificate is not returnable and refundable.
If the order purchased by gift card or combine payment with the gift card, it will be refunded on the gift card.
Store Credits only if exchanges/returns to Gordon’s Retail Store.
Free ONE return/exchange label on package less than 1 pound for each order (Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US territory islands, and dependent area are not available to free return/exchange).
Please contact us for your return/exchange label. We will email you the shipping label within 1-2 business days.
Each exchange/return shipping label from Gordon's will be charged a $12.99 flat rate shipping cost if the return package over 1 pound (package weight on return label).
You may use your own shipping label to exchange/return. If so, please provide your shipping tracking number to us. We will refund you the amount of your purchase after we received your packages and confirmed the exchange/return items are in the new/resale-able condition.
Once you start an exchange/return case, please shipping your packages back to us in 5 days. We might deny your exchange/return if we did not receive your packages within 14 business days after you started the exchange/return case.
If the return order exceeds $500, we may refund you store credits or store gift certificate.
Please allow 7-30 business days (depends on PayPal and Banks policy) for a refunding process.
We may deny a return/refund if the customer continuously makes returns.
International orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
Orders purchased with special offers or promotions from vendors are not returnable or exchangeable.
